The main difference between LLC's and corporations is the ownership of the business. You might say that a corporation is owned by individuals who purchase shares, while the LLC is owned by individuals. LLC owners are called "Members," while corporate owners are shareholders.

Limited Liability Company (LLC):

The members of the company cannot be held personally liable for the company’s debts or liabilities. Limited liability companies are essentially hybrid entities that combine the characteristics of a corporation and a partnership or sole proprietorship.



Is separate and distinct from its owners. Corporations enjoy most of the rights and responsibilities that an individual possesses; that is, a corporation has the right to enter into contracts, loan and borrow money, sue and be sued, hire employees, own assets and pay taxes.


PLEASE NOTE: You should also speak with your accountant or CPA regarding which entity is best for your particular situation.

Our LLC/CORP Kits includes:

How does our service work?

Once you purchase the service we will email you a questionnaire.  This will help us complete your forms, and we will draft your paperwork based on the information you gave us as well as verify & reserve your name. Then we will scan and email you your forms for review, and once we receive your email approval we will schedule a time to meet with you so you can sign your forms, once signed we will start the process of completing the filing, obtaining your personalized Kit, and obtaining your Tax ID #.  Once we receive everything we will schedule a time to meet with you so you can pick up your kit, and we will then close out your case with us.


What if I have legal questions?

Unfortunately, we are only a Legal Document service, and we can only assist you with the paperwork you would like drafted. If you need legal counsel you will have to seek an attorney or speak with your CPA. 


How to cancel my service?

To cancel your service, you will have to submit something "in writing" to us, however,  we will not refund, no exceptions even for accidental purchases.


What if I want to put my purchased service on hold?

Please email us if you need to put your service on hold. However,  we will only hold it for (3) months then your purchased service will expire with no refund, no exceptions. We highly recommend letting us complete the service with no dates and you can hold onto the forms that way you don't lose your money.
